A PASSION FOR UNITY

Since the beginning of the 20th century, Christians from all denominations have felt an urgent desire for reconciliation. Out of this desire the ‘Ecumenical Movement’ arose. Christians from Orthodox and Oriental churches, Pentecostal and Evangelical churches, Protestants and Catholics have decided to face the scandal of division and commit to pray for a visible unity between Christians. Every year a week is dedicated for this intention between the 18th and the 25th of January.
